Free instructor training for the right candidates

We prefer to nurture and develop our own motorcycle instructors to ensure that they are the cream of the crop and have a thorough pedigree within the training industry. However if you are already qualified and can adapt and are open to change to enhance and improve your own training capabilities, we are waiting to hear from you.

Free motorcycle instructor training will be given to the right candidates, you must be able to work on your own initiative, be patient and able to deliver precise instruction in a clear, concise and methodical way. This requires you to be a good communicator and able to put learners at ease in a calm and friendly manner.

The successful applicants should have some basic bike maintenance skills, have held a full motorcycle licence for at least 3 years, have good verbal and written skills, a training background and advanced riding skills being an advantage but not essential.
